Chemical Stripping & De-Rusting

 

    Oklahoma Custom Coating, LLC offers a full line of advanced chemical stripping and de-rusting capabilities. Utilizing both solvent-based and water-based chemical strippers, Oklahoma Custom Coating can remove most wet-spray, powder, E-Coat and CARC coatings without degradation to the substrate. After stripping to the bare metal, either water based or oil based rust inhibitors can be applied to prevent further oxidation.

 

    Using the latest generation of acid-based de-rust chemicals, we are able to fully remove oxidation from rusted parts. After de-rusting, the surface can be protected with a corrosion inhibitor or prepared for further coating.
